30-day money-back window, no questions asked, on first-time orders.
If a product genuinely isn't right for you within 30 days of delivery, write to care@lifespanstores.com and we'll arrange a pickup. The product needs to be at least 70% intact (we'll handle the disposal of partially-used jars and bottles).
Once we receive the return and verify it, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds typically clear the same day; cards and net-banking can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
Products that are clearly tampered with, missing the batch sticker, or returned beyond the 30-day window. If a product arrived damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge.
