Are Lifespan products safe to take alongside prescription medication?
Most are designed to fit into a daily routine without interaction. That said, please share your supplement list with your doctor — particularly if you're on blood-thinners, diabetes medication, or thyroid medication, where timing matters more than dosage.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship Pan-India only. Most orders dispatch from Hyderabad within 24 hours and reach metros in 2–4 business days, smaller towns in 4–7 days.
Do you offer refunds if a product doesn't work for me?
Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders. If something genuinely isn't right for you, write to care@lifespanstores.com and we'll pick it up.
Are the supplements vegetarian?
All our food and supplement products are vegetarian unless explicitly noted. The whey-protein range uses dairy-derived whey — vegetarian but not vegan.
How are your products tested?
Every batch is tested in our NABL-accredited in-house lab. Tests cover potency (HPLC/HPTLC for botanicals), microbial load, heavy metals, and pesticide residues. Out-of-spec batches don't ship.
Where are Lifespan products manufactured?
In our USFDA-registered, WHO-GMP certified facility in Hyderabad's Genome Valley cluster. We don't use third-party contract manufacturers for any product.
