You can cancel an order any time before it's handed to the courier. Sign in to your account, go to My Orders, and click 'Cancel'. Refunds are processed automatically.

After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under our standard returns process. You're welcome to refuse delivery — the courier will return it to us, and we'll process a refund as a return.
