A first-generation entrepreneur who built Lifespan from a single-room office in Hyderabad into a vertically integrated manufacturer of nutraceutical, herbal, ayurvedic and personal-care products — and a parallel chain of super-speciality hospitals and pharmacy retail.

Pre-2015
From the floor up
Started his career as an HR trainee, then rotated through operations and commercial roles at mid-sized manufacturers. The pattern of running a clean plant — staffing it, scheduling it, and reading its numbers — was learned before owning one.

2015
Lifespan Private Limited founded
Set up the company in Hyderabad's Genome Valley biotech cluster. The thesis: keep formulation, manufacturing and quality testing under one roof so the brand owns every step of what reaches the customer.

2017 – 2019
Eight dosage formats on a single campus
Bakery, dry blending, liquids, tablets, capsules, semi-solids and personal-care lines came online side by side. Few Indian nutraceutical campuses run all eight under one roof — it eliminates the cross-supplier variability that contract setups carry.

Recognition by the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Chamber of Commerce & Industry of India for the speed and discipline of the manufacturing scale-up.

The integrated corporate office and R&D campus opened with formal inauguration by Sri Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, then Principal Secretary IT, Government of Telangana.

Sports-nutrition partnership with Nikhat Zareen
Signed two-time world boxing champion Nikhat Zareen — fresh off Commonwealth Games gold — as brand ambassador for the SPORTLIFE protein range. The partnership anchored Lifespan's move into evidence-led sports nutrition.

Designated nodal testing partner — Ministry of AYUSH
Lifespan listed among approved testing partners for identity, potency and quality of ayurvedic, siddha and unani drugs by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

₹100 Cr Hyderabad expansion announced
A capital plan was greenlit to double solid-dose capacity and add a softgel suite. Commissioning targeted for late 2026, raising employment on the campus by an estimated 35%.

Beyond manufacturing, the founder's time is split across a hospital network, a state sports body, and a CSR vehicle channelling work into health, environment and women-led initiatives.
Healthcare access — Lifespan & Pranadhara Hospitals
Subsidised consultations and surgical care extended to economically weaker sections through the group's hospital network. The two hospital brands together cover multi-specialty and tertiary care across the twin Telugu states.
Skill development and first jobs
The Lifespan campus runs annual hiring drives for fresh chemistry, pharmacy and engineering graduates from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Many of the campus's senior production leads started in those drives.
Telangana Rugby — youth and women's programmes
As President of the Telangana Rugby Association, championing grassroots rugby across schools and the development of women's teams. The association competes nationally and supplies players to the India Sevens squad.
Feel Foundation — CSR partner
Lifespan's CSR commitments are channelled through Feel Foundation across health camps, environmental drives and women-led livelihood initiatives.
